Lessons are of 45 minutes
Lessons once a week at a predetermined day and time. Monthly fees Rs1500.
Students must practise according to their level
Beginners: minimum of 30 minutes
Intermediate: minimum of 45 minutes
Advanced: minimum of 1 hour to 2 hours
Each student is expected to practise 5 days a week at the least.
Parents are encouraged to participate and view the lesson of their ward. Involved parents can aid their wards at practicing better at home.
Things you need:
A classical guitar, a footstool (will be provided), a fully functioning metronome or a metronome app, a blank staff notation book.
If the lesson needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances then the lesson may be cancelled two hours prior to the lesson. Also, if the teacher deems necessary, the lesson may be stopped if the student fails to show progress from lesson to lesson, the student will be asked to go home if the lack of dedication continues from each lesson to the other.
Students will receive performance diplomas after every difficulty block they surpass.
The student after completing a Difficulty block, will have to give a recital. After successfully completing the recital he/she will be awarded the corresponding performance diploma.
They will receive Beginner Performance Diploma after completing four levels of Beginner Difficulty Block: Lower Beginner 1, Lower Beginner 2, Mid Beginner and Upper Beginner.
After successfully completing the 3 levels of Intermediate Difficulty Block (Lower Intermediate, Mid Intermediate, Upper Intermediate) the student will receive the Intermediate Performance Diploma after a recital exam.
After successfully completing the 4 levels of Advanced Difficulty Block (Lower Advanced, Mid Advanced, Upper Advanced 1 and Upper Advanced 2) the student will receive the Advanced Performance Diploma after a recital exam.
